Reurn Information

Delivery Information

Insurance coverage
Christiahattler.com has arranged that all merchandise in transit from Christiahattler.com to the delivery address be insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to the customer. Once the merchandise has been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, the merchandise is no longer covered by insurance.

P.O. Boxes
Christina hattler.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes. You must provide us with an address where our delivery service can get a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

Multiple Location Shipping
At this time, you can ship your online order to only one location. We realize that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. To do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to. Should you require assistance to do this you can contact our Customer Service representatives support@christinahattler.com who will gladly handle your order request

International Shipping Duties
Christinahattler.com ships worldwide via International Federal Express shipping from Mexico. Almost no matter where you are, we can ship products to you. We ship on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis; this means the customer will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase.

World Wide Delivery Services
We offer delivery to more than 100 countries around the world, as indicated on the order form.
Your order will be shipped once:
i) Payment has been approved.
ii) The delivery/billing address has been verified.

Tracking
We will provide you with a Federal Express International Express tracking number so you will be able to check the location of your package at every leg of its journey along with its ‘expected’ delivery date. you can check your number at www.fedex.com

Shipping rates
Shipping costs will be calculated depending on the size, weight and destination of your package. All shipping is handled by Christinahattler.com’s courier Federal Express. All shipping costs are exclusive of tax. The actual shipping cost for any specific purchase will be detailed for your approval prior to any purchase being completed.

If an item you are interested in is out of stock please email sales@christinahatler.com to inform us of your interest. Our sales department will be happy to advise you if there is a waiting list for the piece you want to buy.

orders & advance payment pre-orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Christinahattler.com offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments. Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once the stock has been delivered to Christinahattler.com. Christinahattler.com will only take Advance Purchase orders for stock that has been scheduled for delivery.

Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at Christinahattler.com; alternatively you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock.Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy Advance Payment orders and customers making Advance Payments will receive items in priority to customers on the waiting list or customers ordering through the Site for immediate delivery.

Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected Advance Payment merchandise due to production problems identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the Advance Payment to your credit card within thirty days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.

If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our website, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available. Please note that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period. Should this be the case, please email buy@christinahattler.com who will be happy to add your details to the waiting list and contact you should the item again become available to arrange payment details. Please first make sure your details are registered with us before you make your request.
Acceptance of your orders.

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order.
Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation policy below, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Christinahattler.com will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you. The sale contract is therefore concluded.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above.

Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

The purchase of merchandise through Christina Hattler LLC (“christinahattler.com”). In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your name, phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

The site is available only to individuals and others who meet the Christinahattler.com terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to Christinahattler.com, whose applications are acceptable to Christinahattler.com and who have authorized Christinahattler.com to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Purchases made on the site are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. Paymets

Payment can be made by most major credit cards. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Christiahattler.com, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to make our Site as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Paypal, a secure online payment gateway. Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
